Poor service. The guy carried out the job and left the removed locks and handles on the floor and didn't bother picking up after himself. They also charge way too much. The lock I got was triple the normal retail price. He was on site for 10 mins but charged call out fees per door and on top of that

Fast response. Was told a different price before service but was forced to part away with huge amount of money after less than 30seconds service. It was senseless. I was told it was going to be 79 pounds but ended. Up paying 106.80 quid for a service of less than 15 seconds. I still don’t understand

I had an emergency lockout situation, and I called A & L Walsall Locksmiths. They responded promptly and had my door unlocked without any damage. Their locksmith was friendly and professional, making a stressful situation much easier to handle. I'm very impressed with their service.
