Brilliant service and excellent staff. I am a property developer, I have used them for the past 4 years and they are very accommodating. Used in excess of 100 slips with them. Great receptionists.

This is hands down one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a skip and was assured the driver would call when he was 20 minutes away. 3:00pm arrived — no skip, no call. A1 Sandwell Skips were fantastic. I called them at the beginning of the week as I needed a 5 yard skip for garden waste clearance by Friday and collected for Monday. They didn't have a 5 yard skip available at the time of me calling but said that they will contact as soon as one becomes available.
