Absolutely terrible customer service - would not recommend!! 2 complaints made and neither of them have been actioned. First complaint due to trying to cancel the service (never was given terms and conditions) - the quoter then sent threatening texts that they would win in court. Completely unnecess

Absolute joke, took a long time to get someone out to quote. Finall received a quote and booked it in the same day to be done in three weeks time, no one turned up on the day and when i called to question it they said they had no details of my quote on their system even though I had paperwork at hom
