Tried to buy an oven and my order was cancelled by a sales manager Melanie. No call, no discussion, just ended up wasting my time and energy. Rubbish service , go somewhere else where you may find a professional service and people. To be clear they had no idea whether I was exporting or not. Bought

Great service, delivery of washing machine on a Saturday 3 days after ordering on a free standard delivery, packaging taken away. All without extra costs. Most other retailers you would have paid extra of up to £50 extra for that.

Ordered Wednesday, delivered Friday. Got a call from driver 10 mins before they arrived (in 4 hour time slot). 2 man delivery - they carried the ovens into the house. Very Happy.
