Absolutely disgusting customer service from manager Paul. Glass was not correctly cut, made his own measurement adjustments on paper and then accused me of making a mistake. Did not want to accept liability or accept he was at fault. Not prepared to correct his mistake or replace the glass. Basicall

Used them years ago but had need of them today. I needed a replacement double glazed unit for my kitchen transom window, I got it out and took it up to them around 11am, I can fetch it after 3.30 pm today, if I want, all for £15!! I am impressed with the service, I will update the review if needs be
