As usual the engineer arrived in good time and was very efficient and tidy in his work as well as being friendly and easy to talk to about what needed to be done. We have never been let down by them and have no thought of going anywhere else.
Brilliant service, very efficient. Heating broke down on the run up to Xmas and the HOW engineer turned up and sorted it within 20 mins. Highly recommended
