Cannot praise the service I received enough. I sent photos of my oven door and was emailed confirmation that the part had been ordered. Two weeks later I took a call asking when an engineer could call and two days later the part was fitted. Excellent service thank you.

The most appalling customer service. They don't even deserve one star. The engineer came out to see my appliance and told us the part needed ordering from Italy. Heard nothing for 2 weeks and when I contacted servast for an update was told the part hadn't been ordered yet due to an "administration e

Professional and Prompt, needed a part so sent an email, got a very quick response and ordered. They confirmed shipment but advised it might be delayed due to post, but it actually arrived the next day and the part was spot on so would definitely recommend.
