The staff were very friendly and explained everything to us is great detail. The float pod was so relaxing and you feel the effects for days after.

The 2 deep tissue massages I have had from Deb have been amazing. She makes you feel so relaxed and comfortable and works on the parts that you particularly need if needed. I cannot recommend her enough. My back feels so much better. Would 100% recommend
